We have some suggestions for you to help make your experience more pleasant and more gentle. These suggestions have been learned over fourty combined years of experience. But, these are just suggestions and not requirements.
On the Day of your Colonic

For Two-Three days prior to your Colonic
On the Day of your Colonic
* Don't eat a meal within three hours of your session.
* Don't drink anything within one hour of your session.
* If your Colonic is in the afternoon or evening, and you would like to eat breakfast or lunch, then eat light with things like fruit, salad, steamed greens, or whole grains. Or, of course, you could fast or cleanse beforehand too. And a juice-cleanse is highly recommended anyway.
*Stay well-hydrated.
On the Day before your Colonic
Refrain from the following. But again, these are just suggestions, not requirements, to help make the process easier for you.
- No alcohol
- No refined carbohydrates (white bread)
- No processed foods (cookies)
- No refined sugar
- No fried foods
- No cow's dairy
- No carbonated beverages
- No coffee
- No red meat
- No soy products
For Two - Three days prior to your Colonic
- Eat lots of leafy greens.
- Eat fruit.
- Eat whole grains like whole-grain breads and brown rice.
- If you must eat meat, eat lean meats like fish or chicken.
