Massage Therapy
The Perfect Complement to a Colonic
Massage Therapy is a wonderful compliment to a cleansing experience. At SanaVita, we recommend that you pamper yourself just a little bit while you undergo the sometimes challenging process of cleansing. A good massage can be the perfect way to either prepare for a Colonic or relax afterwards. Either way, we highly recommend it to enhance your cleansing experience.
Massage Therapy improves your overall cleansing experience by loosening up the toxins stored in the muscular tissue. For this reason, we often suggest getting a massage before a Colonic. But, at the same time, many people prefer it afterwards when they feel clear and clean from the Colonic. Then, they can float away in the hands of the masseuse.
Essential for our Balanced Happiness
While a massage may indeed be a little pampering you need, a good massage is highly beneficial to the cleansing process. A good massage clears the knots and emotional blocks stored in our muscle tissue. Releasing the emotional blocks opens our auric field and allows us open like the petals of a flower.
A good massage can be highly detoxifying and stress-relieving. Stress is often the number one cause of bodily dis-ease. Stress ties us up in knots emotionally, which manifests as blocks in the body. These blocks show up as a host of familiar symptoms of dis-ease.
When understood for it's true healing benefits, we realize that a massage is not just for pampering anymore. Especially in an urban, fast-paced environment, regular massage might just be crucial to our balanced health and happiness.
What Do Doctors Say?
"In my practice, I recommend colonics when we are helping to improve a person's detoxification process... Colonics improve the liver's ability to cleanse itself. So, we see that colonics help people with allergies, chemical sensitivities, any immune system disfunction, heavy metal toxicity, and, of course, chronic constipation... The clients I've referred to SanaVita have all had great results."
