The Benefits of Marination
Private meditation practice is an opportunity to learn the most important thing you can ever learn in your whole adult life. 

Learning how to quiet the mind can help immensely with relationships as it helps to stop the recriminating he-said, she-said inner dialogues that sweep away even the best intentions to love your partner. Learning how to settle your thoughts can also be the best way to conquer your insomnia. For without a quiet mind, who can sleep?

In addition to traditional sitting and traditional techniques, private meditation instruction can also take the form of private yoga instruction or learning how to breathe through different body postures.

Private meditation instruction can also take the form of deep guided meditations, similar in practice to Quantum Cleansing sessions.
