After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Erin packed a bag and set forth for the world. She spent her time abroad working in Europe, volunteering in Africa, and chanting with monks in Japan. 31 countries and 2 years later, she moved to New York, where she currently sells and exhibits her photographs from abroad. Erin is driven by humanity, holistic health and compassion. She encompasses these 3 passions by working at SanaVita, exhibiting her art and running a non-profit, One Sandwich at a Time, that aims to raise awareness, compassion and understanding for our city’s homeless population.
